THESE STANDARD TERMS OF SALE ("TERMS OF SALE") ARE AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN THE FORM OF AN ELECTRONIC CONTRACT FORMED UNDER THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000, AND THE RULES MADE THEREUNDER, AND THE AMENDED PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS IN VARIOUS STATUTES AS AMENDED BY THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 NO PHYSICAL, ELECTRONIC, OR DIGITAL SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR THESE TERMS OF SALE.

THESE TERMS OF SALE ARE A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER, WHERE THE SELLER HAS MADE THE OFFER TO SELL THE PRODUCTS BY LISTING THE SAME ON THE WEBSITE, AND THE BUYER HAS ACCEPTED SUCH OFFER OF THE SELLER BY AGREEING TO BUY THE PRODUCT SO OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE. THESE TERMS OF SALE WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND BINDING ON THE SELLER UPON THE SELLER’S ADVERTISING, EXHIBITING, AND CREATING A LISTING OF THE PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE, AND SHALL BE EFFECTIVE AND BINDING ON THE BUYER UPON THE BUYER AGREEING TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS SO LISTED BY THE SELLER.

  • Return is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the buyer to the seller on the Teeswarrior Platform. The following situations may arise:

   The item was defective.
• The item got damaged during shipping.
• Products were missing.
The wrong item was sent by the seller.

Our policy lasts for 7 days. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
  1. Damages due to misuse of the product
    2. incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product;
    4. Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers;
    5. Any damage or defect that is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
    6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
    7. Jewellery that is ‘made to order on the customer’s request
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within 7–10 working days (excluding weekdays or government holidays). It may vary for different banks.
  • You have to send your GPAY, phone pay number, or account number to care@teeswarrior.com for COD orders so that we can process your return as soon as possible. We don’t need any details for prepaid orders. Your refund will be processed automatically, and it will take 7–10 business days (excluding weekdays or government holidays) to reflect your refund in your bank.
  • The returned amount will be processed after we successfully accept your product into our warehouse.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. It may vary for different banks.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account details.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@teeswarrior.com.

  • Exchanges

We do not exchange products. We only accept returns.

  • Return Shipping

COD is available on products more than 500 rs, and products less than 500 rs are not available for free shipping.

To return your product, you have to visit your dashboard, click on the product you want to return, click on the Return button, and also describe the reason for returning your product.

50% Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. The cost of return shipping (50%) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $15,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
