THESE STANDARD TERMS OF SALE (“TERMS OF SALE”) IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN THE FORM OF AN ELECTRONIC CONTRACT FORMED UNDER THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES MADE THEREUNDER AND THE AMENDED PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS / RECORDS IN VARIOUS STATUTES AS AMENDED BY THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000. THESE TERMS OF SALE DO NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL, ELECTRONIC, OR DIGITAL SIGNATURE.

THESE TERMS OF SALE ARE A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER WHERE THE SELLER HAS MADE THE OFFER TO SELL THE PRODUCTS BY LISTING THE SAME ON THE WEBSITE AND BUYER HAS ACCEPTED SUCH OFFER OF THE SELLER BY AGREEING TO BUY THE PRODUCT SO OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE. THESE TERMS OF SALE WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND BINDING ON THE SELLER UPON SELLER’S ADVERTISING, EXHIBITING, AND CREATING A LISTING OF THE PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE, AND SHALL BE EFFECTIVE AND BINDING ON THE BUYER UPON BUYER AGREEING TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS SO LISTED BY THE SELLER.

  • Return is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the buyer to the seller on the MountCart platform. The following situations may arise:

• Item was defective.
• The item got damaged during shipping.
• Products were/were missing
• The wrong item was sent by the Seller.

Our policy lasts for 7 days. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and may cancel your refund amount.

1. Damages due to misuse of product;

2. The wrong item was ordered.
3. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers, or price tags
5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within 7–10 working days (excluding weekdays or government . holidays). It may vary for different banks.
  • You have to send your GPAY/phone pay number or account number to (admin@mountcart.in) for COD orders. so that we can process your return as soon as possible. We don’t need any detail for prepaid orders. Your refund will be processed automatically, and it will take 7–10 business days (excluding weekdays or government . holidays) to reflect in your bank.
  • The returned amount will be processed after we successfully accept your product into our warehouse.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. It may vary for different banks.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account details.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us @ Contactus@mountcart.in

  • Exchanges

We do not exchange products. We only accept returns.

  • Return Shipping

COD is available on products worth more than 500 rupees, & products worth less than 500 rupees are not available for free shipping.

To return your product, you have to visit your dashboard, click on the product you want to return, click on the Return button, and also describe the reason for returning your product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 15000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
