Return & Refund Policy

We strive to maintain high manufacturing standards and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

These terms apply to all products purchased from MountCart.

1. Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to request cancellation or return of eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return request, you must inform us of the reason for return with a clear written statement via:

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods:

  • We will reimburse 80% of the current product value.
  • Refund will be processed within 2 business days after successful inspection.
  • Taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products (including private labeling, tags, packaging, printing, embroidery, etc.)
  • Products made to specific bulk manufacturing requirements
  • Goods that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

4. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The goods were purchased within the last 3 days.
  2. The goods must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  3. The goods must be returned in original packaging.
  4. Bulk orders must be returned in complete quantity (partial returns may not be accepted).

MountCart reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

5. Manufacturing Variations Disclaimer

As a bulk plain T-shirt manufacturer:

  • Minor variations in color tone, GSM, stitching, or fabric texture may occur due to batch production.
  • Slight shrinkage may occur depending on washing conditions.

Such minor variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

6. Return Process

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as MountCart is not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return transit.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned goods are received and inspected.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
  • Our team will verify and provide replacement or refund at our discretion.
