How Do I Purchase A Product?
Visit our website click on the product which you want to buy or search for the product in the search tab. For the product which you have selected click on BUY NOW, it will be redirected to your cart page where you can pay for your products.
I Haven’t Received My Receipt Or Login Details?
If you haven’t received your login detail wait for 10 -15 min. you will receive a mail or message on phone. Sometimes it may take more than 15 min because of low server response. If you still have not received your login detail or receipt. You can send a mail at: admin@mountcart.in for further inquiry
I Can’t log In to my account?
If you can’t log in. please, check your email id or password before using it on the login page. Make sure your login details are correct
Is It Possible To Upgrade My Purchases?
Before making payment you can upgrade your purchases. you can only upgrade your purchases in the Cart section. before payment check all detail of the product. After making payment you can’t upgrade your purchases. Because if we received your order you are not allowed to change the product. If you want more detail you can contact at: admin@mountcart.in

I Can’t find my products, help?
Search your product name in the search bar. If you still can’t find your product on the store page contact at: admin@mountcart.in and send your product detail here.
Which payment types do you accept?
We can accept COD, PayPal & you can pay with Razorpay (UPI, Google pay).
What is a wishlist?
In the wishlist, you can easily save your item so that you can purchase it later.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change/cancel your order before dispatching it from our warehouse. if it is picked it up from our warehouse then you can’t cancel or exchange the product.
How Do I Cancel My Account?
Contact: admin@mountcart.in if you want to delete your account permanently.
You cannot delete your account from your dashboard you have to send a delete request to our admin.
How can I check the status of my ordered product?
You can check it easily. Just login to your account and click on my order tab on the left side, then select the product, If you scroll down the page you will see a shipping status of your product OR you can check your shipping status by the Tracking number.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFORMATION
What is free shipping?
Free shipping means we don’t take shipping charges but the order amount of the purchased product should be more than 500 Rs. If the order amount is less than 500. The shipping charge will be taken.
Additionally, We will take extra handling charge 15Rs on COD Orders.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ from the top left corner and then clicking on ‘Track Order’.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Yes, You will be charged an extra 15 Rs on a COD order
What If my order is undelivered
if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund in net 24 hr, it will take 5 – 10 Business days (It depend on your bank)  to reflect the amount in your bank account.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-3 business days in metros, and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc
Can I change the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
No, You can’t change the shipping address once the order is dispatched from the warehouse. But you can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order
RETURN AND REFUND INFORMATION
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How can I refund?
You have to go to your dashboard and click on my order tab on the left side and select the product you want to return and click on the refund button. you can only take a refund within the warranty period of your product. Your refund amount will be credited to your bank account in 10-15 business days. it depends on the bank.
I want to exchange the product?
We only accept returns and we do have an easy 10 days return policy available.
How long does the delivery take and how much does it cost?
Shipping days: 2-3 Days (Metros)
Shipping Days in other zones: 5-7 Days
Shipping Charge for rest of India : 70 (Inc tax)
Shipping Charge for Delhi Zone: 47 (Inc tax)
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you received a damaged product so you can easily return that product to our seller. We have a return facility for our customers. Just go to your dashboard and send a return request to our seller. After accepting your return request your item will be picked up by our courier boy and your product money will be credited to your account within 15 Business days.

For returning your product you have to send a return request. After completing your return request We will verify your return request once it is completed then your amount will be credited to your bank
